Where is your happy place?

I love being outdoors, which is quite handy since for the past 18 years I have had my daily exercise walking beagles. I love to go to parks, woodlands and my happy place which is by the sea. I prefer a sandy beach, but as long as there is a good stretch of beach with the sea lapping at the shoreline I can do pebbles. My beagles old and current have never liked the water for some strange reason and would protest digging their paws in if I tried to encourage then into the sea. I especially love a really windy day with waves crashing in and the wind whipping my hair into an unsightly tangled mess around my face. It really feels like the cobwebs are being blown away inviting better things.

Anyway thats me and beagles!

I have found coaching outdoors really can help with ideas and creativity and can even unblock some thoughts. It allows you to reach for the sky and the inspiration that it can offer.
