  • Session booking history — used to manage your appointments (Lawful basis: Contract)

Special Category Data

Because our Reiki services involve your emotional and physical wellbeing, we may collect health-related information. This is treated with the highest level of care and processed only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time without penalty.

How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Booking and contact details — kept for 2 years after your last appointment

  • Health intake form data — kept for 1 year after your last appointment

  • Financial and payment records — kept for 7 years (legal requirement)

  • Akashic Records and SoulSpeak intake responses — kept for 12 months after your session

  • Session notes — not held

After these periods, your data is securely and permanently deleted.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your data. We use the following trusted service providers who may process your data on our behalf:

  • Squarespace — website hosting and content management

  • Acuity Scheduling (by Squarespace) — appointment booking, scheduling and client intake forms

  • Stripe — payment processing for Reiki and Akashic Records sessions (via Acuity) and SoulSpeak meditations (via Squarespace)

  • PayPal — invoice payment processing for Signature Programme clients

  • Mythic Beasts — domain and email hosting

All providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with UK data protection law. We do not share your data with any other third parties unless required to do so by law.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you (submit a Data Subject Access Request)

  • Correct any inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of your data (the ‘right to be forgotten’)

  • Withdraw your consent at any time without penalty
