How it feels

You'll remain fully clothed, lying or sitting comfortably. You may feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation - or simply a quiet, settling sense of calm. There is nothing you need to do. You just receive.

What Reiki is

A gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing that supports balance across the body, mind, and emotions - working with your own natural capacity to restore and rebalance.

After your session

Healing often continues unfolding in the hours after. Rest if you can, drink plenty of water, and be gentle with yourself. You may notice shifts in your energy, mood, or sleep in the days that follow.

Who’s it for

Reiki suits busy schedules, sensitive nervous systems, and deep restorative work equally well. You don't need to wait until things feel overwhelming - it's a simple, ongoing act of care for yourself.

Reiki is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for medical or veterinary care.

“Before the Reiki started, I felt stressed and anxious with my situation at present. During the treatment I began to remember how to relax with energy from connection from Jeanine. During the sessions I felt heat on one side of my body and saw green and purple colours.

After the treatment, I felt tired with a sense of contentment but ready to take on the rest of the day , I am sleeping better and as my life has more challenges, my demeanour has changed to an easier coping mechanism.

“Before the Reiki session, I have to say I was not feeling that I was in need of Reiki, so certain questions were asked that there was no real answer to. To summarise I will say if nothing else, it was able to put me into a state where I was totally relaxed and taking time for myself shutting out all outside distractions. It took me a while to confirm

but there was always a nice heat sensation at the area where you were working on. I did feel that immediately after the session I was chilled and relaxed and did benefit from this by itself but after just a couple of sessions I was aware that although it did not remove any pain or discomfort from my lower torso it made me able to handle the situation much better and it certainly does not worry me at all. As a result I don’t spend my time trying to work out what is going on down there, just accept it for what it is and given where I stand medically at the moment, this is where I need to be because there isn’t any point in worrying about things you can’t change. At the start I had no expectations at all because I did feel that I was handling my situation very well as I was open minded about this, I also did not have any concerns either. The sessions did give me piece of mind over a situation that I have no control over and this was a bonus, it was not a goal as such.

Reiki seems to have adjusted what matters to me or at least enabled me to re-adjust the priority order of thing somewhat. I did not change my view with regard to holistic or alternative solutions as I was open minded, but the experience has been very positive.

It is a no brainer of course I would recommend Reiki to others and I have to say if I had been in the know, my stepson would have benefited enormously and might still be with us. I would have not needed to say much more than, try it as it seems to Anneal (as opposed to hardening) the body’s structure. It also reduces stress and tension.”
