TERMS OF SERVICE MYO~Ki

1. About These Terms These terms apply to all services provided by MYO~Ki, including all Signature Programmes, Reiki healing, Akashic Records readings, and SoulSpeak meditations. By booking or purchasing a service you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Services All services provided by MYO~Ki are spiritual and energetic in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You remain fully responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and decisions.

3. Bookings & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received

  • Prices are as stated on the website at the time of booking

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Signature Programme Sessions:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session can be rearranged at no penalty

  • If you need to cancel a session within 24 hours, on the first occasion this occurs your session may be rescheduled at my discretion

  • Any subsequent cancellations made within 24 hours will result in that session being forfeited and no rescheduling will be offered

  • This policy exists to honour the commitment made by both parties and to protect the integrity of your programme journey

Appointments (Reiki & Akashic Records):

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable

  • If MYO~Ki needs to cancel your appointment, a full refund or rescheduled appointment will be offered at your preference

SoulSpeak Meditations:

  • As each SoulSpeak meditation is personally channelled and created uniquely for you, refunds are not offered once your order has been received and work has begun

  • If you have any concerns about your meditation please contact me at [your email] and I will do my best to ensure you feel fully supported

5. Confidentiality All sessions and the information you share are treated with complete confidentiality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how your personal data is handled.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Please arrive on time for your session

  • Complete any requested intake forms honestly to allow the best possible service

  • Please inform your practitioner of any relevant health conditions before your session begins

7. Right to Refuse Service MYO~Ki reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if it is felt that doing so is in the best interests of either party. In such circumstances a full refund will be offered.

8. Intellectual Property All content on the MYO~Ki website and all SoulSpeak meditations created for you are the intellectual property of MYO~Ki. Your SoulSpeak meditation is created exclusively for your personal use and may not be shared, redistributed, gifted to others, or resold in any form.

9. Limitation of Liability MYO~Ki's liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
