🌿 Take one small action that matches it.
For example:
New belief: “I am capable.”
Small action: Speak up in a meeting, sign up for the course, set the healthy boundary.
It doesn’t have to be grand. It just has to be consistent.
Over time, those small actions weave into a new reality, one that reflects who you truly are.
